By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to it.

A booking request holds your rooms pending payment. Your booking is confirmed only after we verify your advance payment.

Each booking receives a unique booking ID; a reservation number is issued on confirmation.

100% advance payment is required to confirm your booking, paid via UPI or bank transfer to our official accounts. Confirmation follows successful verification by our team.

Displayed room rates include applicable taxes and breakfast for the base occupancy. Optional extra-guest charges apply only when selected.

We follow a 24-hour check-in / check-out policy. Whatever time you check in, your check-out is 24 hours later, as confirmed on your booking. Standard reference check-in is 3:00 PM.

Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in for all adult guests, in line with applicable regulations.

Children are welcome as per our Child & Extra Guest Policy. Additional guests/extra beds, where permitted, are charged at ₹1,400 per person per night including breakfast.

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, early check-out and modifications are handled per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and to follow resort rules and staff instructions for safety and comfort. We may decline service for unlawful or disruptive conduct.

Guests are responsible for damage caused to resort property. The resort is not responsible for loss of personal belongings; please use in-room safes where provided. See our Damage & Loss Policy.

We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Third-party services (e.g. transfers, tours) are subject to their own terms.

We aim to keep information accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel and refund the affected booking.

All website content is owned by or licensed to the resort. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Puducherry having jurisdiction. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concern.
