Booking Policy

Select your dates and guests, choose one or more room categories (in any combination and quantity), enter your details and complete advance payment. All selected rooms are held under a single booking ID.

You may book for any future date subject to availability configured by the resort. We do not impose artificial maximum advance-booking limits.

Room rates, taxes, extra-guest charges and any discounts are calculated dynamically based on your selected dates and rooms, and shown transparently before payment.

Your booking is confirmed after successful payment verification, at which point a reservation number is issued and a confirmation is emailed to you.

Use the Manage Booking page to view your reservation, check payment status, and request modifications or cancellation.
