Advance payment
100% advance payment is compulsory to confirm your reservation. Your booking is confirmed only after our team verifies the payment.
Accepted methods
We accept UPI and bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to our official, verified accounts displayed on the payment page.
Verification
After paying, submit your UTR/payment reference. Our reservations/accounts team verifies the payment before your booking is confirmed.
A booking is never treated as confirmed based only on a browser message; confirmation follows server-side verification by our team.
Official payment details only
Payment details shown on the payment page are official and are controlled exclusively through our secure admin panel. Always verify you are paying to the account displayed on this website.
What we never ask for
We will never ask you for your UPI PIN, ATM/card PIN, CVV, OTP or internet-banking password — by email, WhatsApp, phone or any other channel. Never share these with anyone.
Duplicate payments
If money was debited but your booking is not yet confirmed, do not pay again. Contact us and we will reconcile the transaction.
