Force majeure includes events such as natural disasters, extreme weather, government actions or restrictions, strikes, utility failures and other events beyond our reasonable control.

Where such an event prevents us from honouring a booking, we will work with you in good faith on rescheduling or an appropriate refund of amounts paid, subject to circumstances.

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by a force majeure event.
